Message to All NASA HQ Employees:
The 2012 National Capital Area Combined Federal Campaign (CFC) is underway. Every year, NASA Headquarters employees step up and make a positive impact on the lives of those around us. We look forward to your participation in this year’s campaign – every person and every donation this year will make a difference and is truly appreciated.
As we officially kickoff this year’s campaign, please keep in mind that we will be reaching out to each of you. Your participation and collective contributions support participating local, national and international charities. Not only does the CFC cover organizations within your community, it also supports organizations that are on the ground supplying humanitarian aid for survivors of tornadoes, hurricanes, earthquakes and other disasters. The 2012 Catalog of Caring lists over 4,400 approved charities. For many years, we have shown the world that NASA employees stand behind our mission to improve life here on Earth.
Thank you to everyone who participated in the 2011 CFC Campaign. As always, the generosity of NASA Headquarters employees allowed us to exceed our goal in 2011. We could not have done it without you. I hope that each of you will join us in making this year’s CFC campaign even more successful.
